Soooo.... apparently, you can easily die in Champaign, since you didn't have summer courses!!!!
It's like that: you don't have summer courses, so you didn't enroll for summer and it means you don't have insurance for summer and with no-insurance, here, no one even dare to look at you!!!!!! (at least non of two clinics of town, beside the school) they simply say go to Indianapolis or Chicago! heh! I love US!
